After more than 50 Years at Exact, we congratulate and farewell Colin Lindschau

After an extraordinary career spanning more than 50 years, Exact would like to recognise the outstanding commitment and work ethic of Colin Lindschau as he retires from his role as Area Manager with Exact Contracting.

Colin first joined Exact Contracting in 2011 as Operations Manager, overseeing Mining and Civil operations across South Australia, the Northern Territory, New South Wales and Western Australia, contributing to major projects.

Re-joining the business in 2020, Colin went on to lead our SA/WA/NT operations, bringing a depth of industry knowledge, sound judgement and a strong focus on delivery. Across his career, Colin has been involved in some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects, including works associated with the Heysen Tunnels and the Adelaide to Darwin Railway, along with major mining, rail and transport infrastructure nationwide.

With experience spanning Senior Management roles across every Australian State and Territory, Colin’s expertise covers all facets of mining and civil construction from bulk earthworks and major roadworks to bridges, pavements, utilities, drainage and marine works. Known for his ability to identify and drive the critical aspects of complex projects, Colin has a no-nonsense approach.

While Colin is stepping away from his full-time role, we are pleased he will continue to support the business in an advisory capacity, ensuring his valuable experience and insight remain part of Exact Contracting’s journey.

We thank Colin for his outstanding contribution to Exact and the industry, and we wish him all the very best for the next chapter.

Let's chat about your next project.
