Indigenous engagement is a core element of Exact’s approach. We proudly maintain an Indigenous workforce participation rate of 10% and work closely with Indigenous training providers, local employment groups and community organisations to create genuine, long-term employment pathways.
These partnerships support capability building through traineeships, apprenticeships and structured on-the-job development.
