In rural and remote areas across Australia, attracting and keeping skilled workers can be a challenge. That’s why we’ve made it a priority to employ locally wherever possible. By giving residents the opportunity to build a career, we’re helping to support strong, sustainable communities that will grow with us.

We’re big believers in investing in people. Whether it’s through apprenticeships, mentoring, on-the-job training, or just giving someone that is new to the industry a go, we’re committed to upskilling our workforce and creating career pathways that make a long-term impact - not just for our employees, but for the towns we live in.
